Board

The board is composed of 4 vertical and horizontal square. Unlike Chess or Shogi the two diagonal lines from the 4 corner of the board square meet at the center and 1 inner square connects 4 centers of the edges forming 25 intersections called rooms. So, when all goat pieces are placed 24 rooms will be occupied by the pieces and 1 room will remain available for move to both tiger and goat pieces based on whose turn it is.
